2. Work Hours & Remote Work Policy

To successfully accommodate our US client base and Pakistani operations, we employ an agile and flexible work model that focuses on output and code quality rather than strict clock-watching.

• Core Overlap Hours: Teams are required to be online during designated overlap hours to ensure smooth daily standups and sprint planning.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Employees can coordinate with their project managers to opt for remote work days, ensuring continuous workflow without compromising team collaboration.

3. Leave & Time-Off Policy

We recognize the vital importance of rest, recovery, and personal time. TechLance provides a comprehensive and generous leave structure:

• Annual Paid Leaves: 14 days of paid time off (PTO) accrued annually for personal use and vacations.
• Sick & Casual Leaves: 10 days allotted specifically for health-related absences and sudden emergencies.
• Public Holidays: Full observance of major national holidays to celebrate with family and friends.

4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

As a trusted enterprise software solutions provider, protecting our clients' intellectual property, database architectures, and business logic is our absolute highest priority.

• NDA Compliance: All team members must strictly adhere to their signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Security Protocols: All source code, client data, and official communications must be stored, pushed, and transmitted strictly through company-approved, secure channels (e.g., official GitHub repos, secured cloud servers).
